Islam, mental health & womanhood - building a spiritual connection beyond prayer

Post-Ramadan blues, practising your religion in a Non-Muslim country, travelling with limited space to pray or trying to stay connected during "that time of the month" is not easy.

We often equate our spiritual connection to acts of worship like prayer, reading Quran or visiting the masjid. But what happens if we cannot do all these things? How else can we build a productive relationship with Allah in our everyday lives?
