We live in a state of constant change. From one minute to the other, everything changes within us and around us, even as we read this words.

These changes can be painful, neutral, joyful or liberating. It all depends on our perception and our readiness to inhabit new ideas, new thoughts, new feelings, new bodies, new skins… The question is; how ready are we to let go of all the things we hold on to?

Pariṇāma, which means change or transformation in Sanskrit, is the 2nd in a a series of singles that explore deep questions through meditation, sound and imagery.
