Learn to make Kothla nonche easily. Very simple and easy to prepare.
Ingredients for kothla nonche (Raw mango pieces)
For 2 cups of mango pieces - 1/2 cup salt,
1/2 cup mustard, 2 cups red chillies
( 1 cup badgi or kashmiri chilli and
1cup normal chilli), 1tsp dhania and
1/2 tsp meethi, 1 piece haldi
and 1 kabuli chana size hing.
Procedure
Cut mangoes into fine pieces or
grate it. Fry salt and powder.
Mix powdered salt to the grated mangoes.
Keep it for a day. Fry hing and haldi in little oil. Fry red chillies on low flame slowly.
Fry mustard, dhania and methi seeds.
Powder all these once it is cooled completely. Mix this powder to the mangoes. Keep aside for a day. Next day mix again and store it in a bottle.
