Fatima Martins baking bread in her stone oven. She has a lot of strength and experience. My attempts at helping are quite laughable. The flour used is T55 and the music is Vivaldi and Beethoven from royalty free " Free Music Archive" http://freemusicarchive.org/ .
This video has been heavily edited towards the optimum 10 minutes range.
In reality, the work was harder, it took much, much more kneading to get the dough ready.
The bread was warm and fresh and delicious.
