Fallout 4: Raise Strong's Affinity To 100 With Fighting

SPOILER ALERT (More than half a decade after launch, but still): This video includes the relationship dialogue that you unlock by raising your affinity with Strong. If you haven't unlocked this before and don't want to see it before getting it in game, then you might want to skip this video.

So this video is a condensed demonstration of how you can raise your affinity with Strong in probably the most basic way possible - shoot as many thing as possible. Or stab. Strong doesn't really care as long as you're killing stuff.

One note, When I got up to 99.95% affinity it seemed like it couldn't get that last little bit of goodwill from Strong by fighting alone, hence why in the end of this video, I also feast on the corpse of one of my unfortunate victims, using the Cannibal perk (which is another way to gain Strong's favour).
