Saucony Endorphin Speed 4 - most fun tempo shoe? - review

Saucony Endorphin Speed 4 is the American manufacturer's next edition of tempo training shoes. After the warmly received, albeit somewhat different, third version, Saucony returns to its roots in the fourth version while incorporating some improvements from its predecessors. How do the Speeds perform? Find out in the video.

Type of shoe: uptempo trainer / supertrainer
What to use it for: mainly tempo sessions and racing, but they perform alright as a daily trainer

Tech stuff:
- 8mm drop (36mm heel, 28mm forefoot)
- weight: 261g (size 45EU men's)
- two layers of PWRRun PB foam
- nylon plate between the foam layers
- XT-900 rubber on the outsole
- highly breathable upper
