This is just a Au where Harley leaves Joker between Arkham city and Arkham knight her main reason is like in the comics she was just Fed up with the abuse that Joker put her through especially when he tied her up in the steel mill after she went and got his cure. So not many changes Batman Arkham knight was ending during the recording of the video which is why they don’t know about him being unmasked nor of what he did after.
