Sales Executive


Job Title: Heavy Equipment Salesman

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 4,000 AED per month + KPI Bonus (from 500-1000 (1%) AED per sale)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Forklift Salesman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of construction or industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential customers in need of forklifts for their business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Present and demonstrate forklift models, explaining features, benefits, and pricing.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Coordinate with the logistics and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in machinery, construction equipment, or industrial vehicles.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of forklifts or willingness to learn about the product.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
• Native Arab and Fluency in English.

Benefits:
• Fixed salary of 4,000 AED per month.
• Bonus of 3000-5500… AED if a minimum of 5 sales are made in a month we are giving you (1.5%) per sale, depends of the price of product.
