Final Fantasy VIII - Boss Fight: Tonberry King

Enjoy~!! Objective is to defeat 18-22 Tonberrys, I fought around 12 until the King showed up. =)

Boss Name: Tonberry King HP: 2500~250,000 - AP: 20
Weak vs. Ice /Absorbs Fire

During the last battle of the Tonberry, the Tonberry King will be lure out, and Diablos is no longer useful because the Tonberry King is immune to Diablos' attack. Begin using each party member's best GF, and Boost them all as much as possible. (I used Squall because I got his Lion Heart early in the game by defining the right cards to items.) The Tonberry King has A LOT OF HP, so you can except this battle to take as long as half an hour. (Five minutes...)

The Tonberry King's attacks are just as powerful as the other Tonberrys, but the Boss is much faster. You can counter this advantage by casting Haste on everyone, plus you should also consider using Protect to cut down the damage it does to your characters. The King has Full-Life and Curaga spells that you can use to keep your party in the fight. I would draw 100 of those from the Tonberry King for later in the game.
