After ending the last video as I ran out of storage, I made this small video of the elevator equipment stored on the lower level at this parking garage and while I was filming that, I also noticed a missing railing that was never installed. This is just absolutely dangerous as a little kid can just simply go h=behind the bushes and fall down onto the level below and there's is literally nothing to prevent anyone from falling down and just look at how close it is to the brick flooring. Something really needs to be done here or else they might get sued if an injury were to occur.
