Here are all of the special items for End of the Road. There are 20 scenario items and then 4 items per main character. The character items CAN be collected by respective NPCs. The difficulty they can be acquired is labeled on the side of the video. The way the items are ordered in this video is fairly ideal for collecting all the items in the least amount of runs possible. The first 8 scenario items were grabbed on Easy, the next 6 were grabbed on Normal, 2 were grabbed on Hard, and 4 were grabbed on Very Hard. Since you can only grab 8 per game, it's beneficial to grab 8 new items in each run. Plan ahead!

The character items that come together to make costume C and D for the characters are specifically highlighted.

Some items require that Nyx be defeated first. Not sure if the countdown for the helicopter affects any items (other than Mark's obviously).
