The Canadian Craft Brewery Quality Program (English subtitles)

When you walk down the beer aisles, there always seems to be a new craft beer option. After decades of growth, the industry has now matured into a stable and important part of Canada’s economy. Canadian craft brewers are renowned for their creativity and innovation which drives a need for continued quality & consistency.

And that’s why we created the Canadian Craft Brewery Quality Program. This program assists with ensuring quality and consistency for breweries of all sizes.

We’ve created a solution that’s approachable, can be customized for each brewery, allows for adaptability in a constantly changing regulatory environment, and most importantly, it was developed in collaboration with industry experts and craft brewers themselves.

This was a cross-Canada effort that started at Niagara College involving four colleges, three provincial craft beverage associations and 17 brewery partners.
