Here’s why I sold all of my stocks on Robinhood, and why I’m switching to M1 Finance. I think the best investing platform for dividends right is M1 finance and here's a review.

So let me start this off, maybe you’re new to investing, or are experienced, but don’t know which platform is right for you. Today I’ll be going over two of my favorite brokers.

Robinhood Cons:
No Dividend Reinvestment (Yet)
No Fractional Shares (Yet)
Can’t buy into portfolio as a whole and allocate to the percentages, takes more active selection (this can also be a pro)

Robinhood Pros:
Full control of trading
Buy at a specific price, sell at specific price
Trade options
Good for Swing trade (when you hold for more than a day)
Day Trading is simple on robinhood

M1 Finance Pros:
Automated investing
Dividend reinvestment into entire port, (not just same stock)
Fractional shares to always be invested
Easy to view pie chart of entire portfolio, simple diversification
Good for long term investing
M1 Borrow feature, take a loan out against your own portfolio
Best platform for dividend investing

M1 Finance Cons:
Lack of control
Can’t limit sell certain stocks
No options day trading
Bad for swing or day trading,
Best platform for active investing

Challenge Update:
No longer going to be adding $1 per subscriber, I want to grow this portfolio with consistent dollar cost averaging and something that is realistic everyone can follow along.
A few of you commented on some of my videos saying how the portfolio is the same dollar amount as subscribers, which was the purpose, but now we will be going with a different strategy that anyone can apply.
