Journey/Johnny cakes - you have eaten them while in the Caribbean, now learn how to make them so that you have a taste of the islands when you're back home! While we were on a family vacation to St. Maarten, Jacky was our amazing host, inviting us to her house to give us a lesson in Caribbean cooking. This episode shows you how to make journey cakes, also known Johnny cakes. Part 2 in the next video features saltfish stew, fried plantain, and passionfruit juice.
