📝Ingredient :-
200gm yellow moong dal (split, skinned)
2–3 tbsp oil or ghee
1 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 pc cardamom
2 pc cloves
1 pc bay leaves
2–3 red chilies (dry)
1 small onion (optional, finely chopped)
8-10 curry leaves
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp red coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp chat masala powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Lemon juice (optional, for tanginess)
🔥 For Tadka:
2–3 tbsp oil or ghee (ghee preferred for richer taste)
5–6 curry leaves (optional but adds great aroma)
1/2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder (added at the end, after turning off the flame)
