✔ Alkaline degreasing — removing impurities, stains, and oil from the bare aluminum surface
✔ Passivation treatment — forming a stable chemical conversion layer to improve corrosion resistance and extend service life

After pretreatment, the coils are ready for primer and topcoat coating, ensuring smooth surface, strong adhesion, and long-lasting weather resistance.
