This week is Head Maid Khao's Birthday! Maid Amelia has suggested that her and Maid Khao bake her signature cake, her Totally Carrot Cake!

Ingredients for our masters!
Batter:
250g Self Raising Flour
200g Light brown sugar
225ml Vegetable oil
3 eggs
1/4 tsb mixed spice
1 1/2 tsb cinnamon
250g of grated carrots

Buttercream:
100g unsalted butter
100g icing sugar
1/4 tsb vanilla extract
(Optional: A little too much pink food colouring and pink flakes)
