The 7 DEADLY SINS of Style:

1. Baggy jeans + tennis shoe combo. you can definitely pull this look off with cuffed jeans (which I recommend pretty much always rocking, great way to get a tailored look right off the rack) and sexy shoes like NMDs or Nike Roshes (however you pronounce them).

2. Not wearing well fitted clothing. You shouldn’t be swimming in your t-shirt, and your pants shouldn’t cut off your circulation (for both fashion and health reasons). One of the best ways to turn up your style, it to wear clothing that fits you properly.

3. Doing the most - too much. Tie bar, cufflinks, loud watch, bright/vibrant tie. Your attire should be relatively subtle. Not to say you can’t wear loud pieces, but if you pile it all on at once, then you’re making a big fashion no no.

4. Warn down belt - speaking of belts, match the colors (no black belt and brown shoes)

5. Untucked “Dress” Shirts - if they’re too long. You can definitely rock an oxford untucked, but just make sure the length doesn’t go down to your thighs.

6. Fedora - I pray the redditors don’t come in and screw over my channel - I come in peace. However, most guys who are gunning for style can’t pull of the fedora. It’s really tough to pull off.

7. Being Too Matchy-Matchy - It looks honestly cringey. As a friend once told me: don’t match, blend.

Bonus - Buying Too Much. Don’t go out there and buy too much at once. This will help you avoid overspending on a trend and then being out of luck 6 months later. Instead, focus on the basics that won’t go out of style such as nice dark jeans, a well fitting oxford, plain white sneakers, and a nice watch.
