Dear Coach (NOME DO COACH),

My name is Geovani Aniceto, I am a senior at Putnam Science Academy, a top ranked prep school in Putnam, Connecticut. I am originally from Brazil and I have been playing in this same prep school since my sophomore year, in the Fall of 2022. I have been interested in (NOME DA FACULDADE), and your soccer program for some time now.
In Brazil, I played at Clube Esportivo da Penha (Penha Sports Club) ,one of the top 4 futsal teams in the most competitive championship of the country, the São Paulo Championship. Actually, I spent most of my athletic career playing futsal, so I consider my style of playing fast and objective, because I still take some futsal features with me. In August of 2022, aged 15, I arrived in Connecticut to pursue my dream of playing and studying in the United States. Since my first game until now, 2 and a half years later, I have been at the PSA starting line-up, playing as a defensive midfielder or a right-back. Now, in my senior year, I am the captain of the team, working hard to have a good leadership position.
One of the main things that got my attention to your school was the Communication and Media major that it offers. Communication was always a passion of mine, and I am sure that this program will help me to develop my best abilities inside and outside the classroom, since I have a great involvement with this area in my life out of school. My current GPA is 3.87 and during my time at Putnam, I have taken classes directly related to my major, like Public Speaking, Athletic Communications, Creative Writing , Literature, and also the 3 levels of Spanish, which made me trilingual.
