GT1 Factory Setting

Thanks for choosing our product and we feel very sorry about your issue. You can try to solve your problem by restoring the GT1 to factory-settings:
① Delete all the Bluetooth names of "「Hayloy-GT1_L」and「Haylou-GT1_R」" on your phone.
② Take out the two earbuds from the charging case, and keep pressing for about 5 seconds on the left and right earbud touch areas at the same time. The earbuds will be off.
③ Keep pressing for about 20 seconds in the touch area of ??the left and right earubds at the same time. Release the hand when the LED blinks twice in red and white.
④ Please put the earbuds into charging case and take them out, wait for about 10 seconds to make the left and right earbud connected with each other. Then open the Bluetooth list of your phone and select the device named "Hayley-GT1_R". (When GT1 entering stereo mode, there is only "Hayley-GT1_R" as the connection destination.)
