Bioparc Valencia

BioParc Valencia spans an area of 100 hectares in Valencia, Spain. It first opened its doors on February 28, 2008. This innovative zoo, where the barriers are virtually invisible and the animals feel at home, is located in the Parque de Cabecera, Valencia. Unlike traditional zoological gardens, this park has the unique feature of bringing the visitor entirely into the animal's habitat.
The main objective of Bioparc is to promote respect for the animals and to make the public aware of the importance of protecting the environment through a commitment to education and preservation of animals.
