Learn how to make a balloon animal frog with a tongue using balloon twisting

Frogs are not the most common balloon animal, but they do get requested fairly regularly if you twist at enough events. This balloon frog from my DVD "Twisted Turtles & Poppable Parrots" is quick and cute, and even has a tongue that kids and grown ups thinks is adorable. Whenever I make a frog I like to tell the kids, "As the frog says, 'Time's fun when you're having flies!" Most of them don't get it, which makes it even more fun to those who do.
