I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance and Asset Manager to join my established and sought after client based in the CBD. The F&A Manager is expected to be a front runner in terms of proactively identifying business opportunities and risks, as well as implementing the actions agreed in coordination with the local company management team. In particular, during the first year pre and post start of production, the business environment will be highly dynamic and especially demanding. So you will be responsible to support and challenge the project development, project finance, construction and ultimately operation & maintenance activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial management and corporate governance of operating and project companies
Contractual and statutory compliance of project companies
Operational oversight of project company
Be the employer representative and counterparty representative person on all applicable contracts

REQUIREMENTS:
CA(SA)
At least 5 years’ experience in financial management
Excellent understanding of IFRS, local GAAP and tax
International experience would be an advantage
