Transplanting line with template filler URBINATI Srl

Complete transplanting line, made up by 3-stations ND pot and tray destacker, RP1 template filler fed by a big-bale breaker CARBB and an automatic transplanting machine RW24.

The 3-stations of the #destacking machine, combined with each other, allow the use of different types of containers, with maximum flexibility of use; the same flexibility can be found in the RP1 soil filler which, thanks to its custom-made #masks, always guarantees the best result.

Last step is taken by the transplanting machine RW24, capable of transplanting up to 20.000 plants / hour and with automatic trays' advancement which optimazes the manpower emplyed and maximise the production.
