I’m going to show you how to turn off Instagram calls. If you keep getting calls on Instagram from people you don’t want to hear from, whether they’re audio or video calls, I’ll show you how to disable them completely.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. **Open Instagram**:
Launch the Instagram app on your device.

2. **Mute a Specific Person**:
Tap on your messages at the top right.
Go into the conversation with the person you want to mute.
Tap on their name at the top.
Tap on *Mute* and then toggle on **Mute Calls**. This will mute any calls from this person, so they won’t ring on your phone.

3. **Disable All Call Notifications**:
Tap on your profile icon at the bottom right.
Tap on the three lines at the top right.
Go to **Settings**.
Select **Notifications**.
Tap on **Calls**.
Under **Video Chats**, toggle this off to stop video calls.

4. **Disable Microphone and Camera Access**:
To completely disable all audio and video calls, you’ll need to turn off access to your microphone and camera for the Instagram app.
Exit Instagram and open your device's **Settings**.
Scroll down to *Privacy* and tap on it.
Tap on *Microphone* and toggle off the switch next to Instagram.
Go back and tap on *Camera* and toggle off the switch next to Instagram.
