Slayer Task Block/Skip List (OSRS 2020)

Duradel is the best slayer master for slayer xp in the game, but what tasks should you skip or block? For the most part this question is extremely hard to answer and is going to be different for every account, or even different depending on what stage your account is at. The higher the weight the more likely you are to get a task. For each task I will display the weight of the task, always prioritize blocking the highest weight tasks you don’t do, and skip the tasks you can’t fit on your list.
