This project presents a Bluetooth-controlled suction-based wall-climbing robotic car that adheres to vertical surfaces using a high-speed BLDC fan powered by an ESC. An Arduino microcontroller interprets commands sent from a smartphone via an HC-05 Bluetooth module, while an L293D motor driver drives four DC motors for forward, reverse, left, and right movements.

Description:
A 70 mm EDF unit with a 30 KV BLDC motor generates sufficient suction to keep the car attached to walls, windows, or ceilings. Powered by a compact Li-Po battery, this system eliminates the need for scaffolding and allows safe inspection of high-rise exteriors, bridges, and industrial plants. The project demonstrates the integration of embedded C programming, Arduino IDE, and mechatronic design to create a low-cost, portable, and DIY wall-climbing robot suitable for academic research, exhibitions, and hobbyist applications.
