Setting up the 3DS NAND (Home menu 11.13.0) for Citra [No voice over]

In the video, 11.6.0 is shown, but my archives have 11.13.0 now.
Also, I advise against doing this! Citra and the developers working on it don't support the HOME menu in any shape or form, so it's extremely prone to crashing and simply not working how you would expect it to. Also, people below are commenting that installing these system files and applets are causing issues with games (but that could just be because they didn't dump necessary files from a real 3DS they own).

Downloading 3DS family firmware from the internet in any form is heavily discouraged by the Citra developers and community due to it being ILLEGAL to distribute copyrighted system content, even if it's from a NUS downloader, so dumping the firmware to applets using the video linked above won't get you in trouble, and might actually be supported by Citra and it's team in the future.
