Commentary (2.48 GCD):

Notation: X-X (Dualcast pair), X (instant), 1 2 3 V S R (melee combo), a (Accel), s (Swift), f (Fleche), c (C6), m (Manafic), e (Embolden).

Up to 10e 11m possible, although some may not be productive uses depending on KTs. This POV follows a 9e 10m plan (ref. Fy Fan - Zodiark): -1 Embolden before P5 but better alignment with most other buffs; -1 Manafic combo in P5 but more robust to Manafic drift and fast KTs, and takes more mana into P6. This POV has medium KTs; see below for alt lines with less mana.

0:20 Looper: Swift, Accel, Sprint. Sprint for 180 deg movements and tether grabs. Instants to fix movements that don't align with Dualcast.
0:36 Minimise distance by waiting in the cleavage between possible tower locations. Enough time for a Dualcast between sets.
0:46 Don't spend an instant if this C6 isn't aligned.
0:59 If Swift+Accel have not been used by the 4th set, use them for mana before Accel overcaps.
1:16 1-combo Panto: X-Xfc X-X 1 2 3 V S Ra X X-X for all numbers. If #1, use the Xfc GCD to move into the front Flamethrower as it goes off to leave more room for #2.

3:43 Bard AOE locks in at start of cast. If N/S, safe lane is towards a tether source.
4:07 Ghosted Reso on Omega-M :( Watch HP and be aware that Omega-F takes a moment to lose invuln after Omega-M dies. Can Embolden here to cover deaths; subsequent uses will be mid-P3 and P4, realigning with the 9e plan post-Delta. If very fast P2 with no risk of overcapping, shift 1 combo into P3.
4:28 Extra Fleche with a slow KT. Aim for 50/50 by P2 end (3 GCDs to fix mana at P3 start).

If not, can cover Exajoel2 movement by stalling between 1st and 2nd combo with Dualcasts (max 2 pairs or until 81/92; small loss from pushing finishers out of buffs). Other options include slidecasting Exajoels with Sprint, shifting a combo from Exasquares1, and E. Reprise.
17:25 With no drift, X-Xa X-Xfc X LB3 (or X-X 1 2 3fc V LB3 if possible). Forgot to realign with Swift after triple combo, so this LB3 is 1 GCD late.
17:46 Sprint needed post-LB3 to reach south if you don't have a (partial) combo.
