I was raiding 25 man ulduar with my hunter a few weeks ago, but we were not able to get the disarmed achievment (Random pugs from the trade... /sigh).
So, I wondered if it is possible to do this on my DK while my hunter is afk'ing in the background. Well, on my first attempt, I wiped on 50% because of the enrage.

I haven't seen any information about an enrage timer. Anyway, I'd hit it. So I switched over to my damage gear (around iLvl 393 with some Firelands nHC) and I was able to kill him after some tries. So I tried to do the achievment too, and this was the hardest part. But I realy enjoyed the fight and it was realy close dps wise.

The funny thing on this boss is, you need to be alone, deal a shitload of burst damage or have at least 4 other people helping you. The reason is his grip. In 25 he grips 3 people and kills them after 15 seconds, if the arm doesn't receives 480k+ damage (32k DPS) in the meantime. Since 32k DPS is the minimum requirement to kill the boss, I didn't care about help :) Just did it on my own.
