Anna has been part of ICOS Sunderland since April 2021, starting as a volunteer before joining as a Project Worker. She supports clients with everything from simple queries to complex challenges, always approaching her work with compassion and care.

Anna also leads the ICOS Women Group, creating a welcoming space where women can join community activities (alone or with their children), receive one-to-one support, volunteer to maintain Backhouse Park.
