Ingredients:
• 500 g (about 2¼ cups) sour cream.
• 80 g (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) sugar.
• 40 g (2 tbsp) sweetened condensed milk.
• 25 g (3 tbsp) cocoa powder.
• 20 g (2½ tbsp) gelatin.
• 120 ml (½ cup) water.

👩‍🍳 Directions.
1. Pour gelatin over water and let it bloom for 5–10 minutes.
2. Add sugar to the sour cream and mix until fully dissolved.
3. Add condensed milk and stir until smooth.
4. Gently melt the gelatin (do not boil) and add it to the cream mixture. Mix well.
5. Divide the mixture into two equal parts.
6. Add cocoa powder to one part and mix until smooth.
7. Pour the mixtures into molds, alternating layers to create a marbled pattern.
8. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
