Thai Airways Royal First Class service on two flights from Hong Kong to Sydney via Bangkok on the Thai Airways 747-400. Having flown Thai on numerous occasions, I feel they have improved immeasurably, and are now one of my favourite airlines.

Plus Points:
Great professional crew, with a perfect welcome onboard
Pre ordering of dishes a great option to try Thai dishes
Clean welcoming cabin
Amazing ground service in BKK

Minus:
Not so private
AVOD behind competitors (new product being introduced)
Crew need a little brushing up on formal meal service
