How to Survive Being Shy in School Jessie Paege. Last year, I did How to Get Through Being Unpopular and decided to try something new, yet super familiar. I’ve partnered with AT&T. My whole life I've been insanely shy to the point where I had to go to special ed preliminary schools and it was so incredibly hard for me. I still have my struggles, but I've grown so much. I really hope this helps you even a teensy bit. I also have anxiety and I definitely get a form of social anxiety and this certainly applies to those of you that identify with that as well. ENJOY!
