Landing without Landing Gear | Glider Mishap

You can learn from this ;)
1st mistake: I forgot to extend the landing gear at 0:06 and 1:01
2nd mistake: I tried to extend the landing gear at 2:08 and damaged the landing gear door
It was a competition flight and several other gliders landed in a few seconds. I was focused on the other gliders and did forget to make a proper landing check. Lessons learned!
