Agkathopes & Komito Beaches – Syros | Greece

Agkathopes beach is located approximately 14km from Ermoupoli and stands out for the narrow strip of land that enters in the sea and for the lilies that bloom along the period of summer. Opposite is both islet uninhabited Stroggylo and Schinonisi while in the edge of the bay located cape Viglostasi dominated by the lighthouse. In spring Monachus-Monachus seals select the welcoming sandy beach to lay.
One kilometer after Poseidonia stretches the sandy beach of Komito. It is considered one of the best beaches on the island. It has several trees at the back and blue waters.
