Recipe
Marination:
Kashmiri chilli powder -2 tbsp
Turmeric powder -¼ tsp
Salt
Curd- 1 tbsp
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Pepper powder - ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic paste -1 tsp
Vinegar/ lime juice -1 tbsp
Marinate the chicken and rest it for 30 mins

For Cream Cheese Mayo:
Boiled egg white -2
Sunflower oil -2 tbsp
Fresh cream -2 tbsp
Milk -2 tbsp
Pinch of Salt & Sugar
Cheese -2slice
Garlic - 1 large pod
Grind it to a smooth paste
And your cheesy mayo is ready

Cooking Instruction:-
Add butter in a pan
Cook the marinated chicken on both sides on low flame.
When both sides cooked softly
Add the cheesy mayo on top of the chicken
For extra flavour and taste add the mayo on serving plate
Place the chicken on top of it
Garnish with some chilli flakes and enjoy
