Home2 Suites by Hilton Houston IAH. After a flight delay we arrive at Houston International Airport and try unsuccessfully to contact our Home2 Suite by Hilton both by phone and via the chat option in the Hilton mobile app. Finally deciding to take an uber to the hotel we arrive to find the front desk deserted. We used our mobile app to enter the exterior door which was locked to discover the front desk staff watching television. They continued to ignore us after we enter so headed directly to the room, avoiding hallways cluttered with luggage trolleys along the way. This is where our video begins as we tell the story of the completely absent customer service we received and give you a detailed walkthrough tour and review of our room.
