After imposing steep secondary tariffs on India for purchasing Russin oil, he has now asked NATO nations to stop buying Russian oil and impose major sanctions on Russia to end its war in Ukraine.

In a post on Truth social, he said that he is ready to impose “major” sanctions on Russia when NATO nations agree. He also proposed that NATO place 50-100% tariffs on China to weaken its economic grip over Russia.
