3 Creamy Homemade Popsicles with Real Fruits | No Sugar, No Cream
Looking for a summer treat that's actually healthy and still tastes like dessert? In this video, I’ll show you how to make 3 creamy, guilt-free popsicles at home using real fruits and Greek yogurt — with no added sugar, no artificial flavors, and no preservatives!

These popsicles are not only perfect for kids, but even moms can enjoy them guilt-free, especially if you're watching your sugar or on a diet!

🥭 1. Mango Vanilla Creamy Popsicle
Ingredients:
1 large sweet mango (no fiber)
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1–2 tsp honey (optional, depending on mango sweetness)
1 tsp lemon juice

Method:
Peel and chop mango.
Blend mango until smooth.
Add vanilla Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice. Blend again.
Taste test for sweetness and creaminess.
Pour into molds and freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight.

Notes:
Use Alphonso, Kesar, or Ataulfo mangoes for best texture and taste.
Vanilla-flavored yogurt enhances creaminess and reduces tartness.

🍓 2. Mixed Berry Swirl Popsicle
Ingredients:
½ cup strawberries
½ cup blueberries
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1–2 tsp honey (optional)
1 tsp lemon zest or juice (optional, for brightness)

Method:
Blend berries with honey and lemon juice into a thick purée.
In molds, layer berry purée and yogurt alternately.
Swirl gently with a toothpick for a marbled look.
