Watch these morons mentally malfunction while creating the most dangerous and inconvenient situation possible for traffic, pedestrians, and emergency vehicles. Later that evening they deployed shit spray all over CVS and Wawa's parking lot. This behavior by OCPD is the most disgusting show of overreach that I have the unfortunate opportunity of seeing each year. It is sad and needs to be called out, so I am. The Coastal Palms hotel, Wawa, and 7 Eleven should step up and put a stop to the OCPD taking away their business.
