From a Stock Polaris to a Custom-Built Off-Road Beast — our team at The Fab School took this machine from factory to full race-ready, built to dominate desert racing in Baja, California.



Under the leadership of our founder, Troy Johnson, and with the combined talent of our students and instructors, this Polaris was designed and custom-fabricated including welding, metalwork, 3D-printing, carbon fiber, SolidWorks, and more. This project is the ultimate showcase of what happens when skill, passion, and years of experience collide.



While off-road racing is at the core of our culture, the skills you master at The Fab School apply to several different industries including automotive, aerospace and general manufacturing.
