Spare Ribs Vs Baby Back Ribs On The Char-Griller Auto Kamado

Hey everyone, Today we are going to do the ultimate bbq rib showdown, the St.Louis cut spare rib vs the baby back rib. This is a great comparison to do because at the end of the day you cant go wrong with either choice but there are certainly some key differences. I started out in BBQ cooking exclusively baby back ribs but as time has gone on that has flipped and now days I cook mostly spares only. Both cuts of meat have their different merits and strengths over the opposing cut. We're going to cook these hot and fast on our ‪@Char-Griller‬ Auto Kamado with some ‪@BBCharcoal‬ and debut a new ‪@KosmosQ‬ rub the cow cover coarse on them.
