Alpha Kappa Alpha ICONS - Film, Music & Television: The Honorary Members Edition

Honorary membership is Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.’s highest honor and awarded to distinguished women whose works and contributions parallel AKA’s ideals of achievement and service.

The Academy Award (also known as The Oscar), the Grammy Award and the Emmy Award are the highest honors awarded in film, music and television.

In Los Angeles, CA. in June of 2022, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. gathered four honorary members of the sorority – who are award-winning icons in film, music and television – for a photo shoot for a special digital Boule 2022 cover of Ivy Leaf magazine to highlight Target 4 of the 2018-2022 AKA administration—The Arts!
