CTL(D28)-1000 cut-to-length line is the special equipment designed and used for transformer lamination manufacturing. This is our new generation of cut-to-length line. The line is used to manufacture sheets of large and medium transformer, including shearing, tip cutting, hole punching and V-notch punching. Full oblique joints, half oblique joints and vertical joints of transformer sheets can be produced. The silicon steel coil is punched and sheared to be certain shape and size of lamination, and then is diverted and tidied for stacking and lamination at the end of the equipment.
