Ready to get your arm muscles in fantastic shape? This is a 10 minute toned & sculpted arms workout for women over 50 - perfect for beginners, too! Look great in short sleeves or no sleeves - feel good about showing your arms and muscles! No more bat wings - or bingo wings! 💪

I do use weights in these workout. However, weights are entirely optional. This is a low-intensity, low-impact, steady-state strength-training and cardio workout. If any exercise is too much, please modify it or go back to a march. We want to keep your body in a steady cardio fat-burning state (so even when you're focusing on your arms, you're really getting a great overall workout, too!)

There is no floor work (pushups, burpees). However, you will burn even more calories using hand weights or dumbbells as part of this workout. Plus, you'll get some strength-training in! I recommend the following:
