Lorig, the study of the mind, is paramount to Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and occupies a central place in Buddhist literature and practice. It is said that everything derives from the mind. By understanding the nature and workings of the mind, we can develop the key to understanding and to being able to make positive changes in order to relate better to ourselves and the world around us.
