This is a custom designed disc brake conversion for Volvo C303/304 portal axles.

Early (79-85) Hilux (toyota pickup) brake parts were used. The stock brake drum components were completely removed, the drive flange has been machined down with a toyota 6 stud pattern added and a backing ring was added to strengthen the point where the studs go through the drive flange. Custom caliper mounting plates were laser cut to suit.
