Finally, I got the Fixed Point Crossbar from Thailand!

If your car is new insert lang nila sa car registration mo then sabay na sa car registration after 3yrs or kung ilang taon pa naiwan sa free car registration mo.

LTO Topload Registration Guide:
-Prepare your Carrier receipt and ORCR (xerox)
-Go to Inspection Area to get a form, hanapin si Blueboys at sila ang mag-assist sa inyo (kunin nila Engine number and Chassis number ng sasakyan ninyo)
-Proceed to the front table/customer service for the number
-Proceed to the Waiting area:
--May collector ng form wait nyo lang call ng number ninyo
--Evaluation window
--Cashier window (Registration fee ng topload/carrier is P110/annual)
--Releasing
