In this interview I talk with Hickory Crawdads general manger Douglas Locascio. Before he got the job with the Hickory Crawdads he had a intern with Tampa Bay Buccaneers as. ticket operations intern for the NFL in 2008, he then went Wilmington Sharks baseball as a summer intern as a director of ticket operations, he then got the job with Greater Hickory Classic as a tournament operations assistant. After that he got the job at Hickory Crawdads where he worked his way up the chain to become a general manager in 2010-2014 he was the director of ticket operations and merchandising, then in 2014-2018 he became the Executive Director of Sales and Merchandising, in 2019 he became his assistant general manger to then in the same year become the general manger. He talked about some of the things he has helped built at Hickory Crawdads as the general manager, he also talked about their game day traditions.
